3. Products & Compatibility

All products sold by VenomLabs are aftermarket parts intended for use with compatible electric bike models. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your specific bike model and year before purchasing.

VenomLabs is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from incorrect fitment, improper installation, or use of parts in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Installation of parts is at the buyer's own risk.

VenomLabs products are intended for off-road or private-property use where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations before installing or using any product.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. VenomLabs reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. VenomLabs does not store your payment information.

5. Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. VenomLabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Returns & Refunds
